This carved sawwood expander is handcrafted from natural reddish-brown wood. It's shaped like a spiral, specifically a hook, a bird-shaped expander designed for ears stretched to at least 4mm or 6mm. The lobe piercing depicts a phoenix with long feathers and a narrow head with a beak. The wooden expander is threaded through the stretched earlobe and then hooked in place like an earring. The wooden expander is handcrafted from real wood, so variations in color and grain are possible, and the size may also vary slightly, as each phoenix piercing is a unique, handcrafted piece! We sell the 90mm long bird piercing hooks individually, as many customers wear them alone or in pairs. Please do not wear organic wooden expanders, spirals, or tapers while showering, bathing, or in the sauna; protect them well from water.
