The glossy triangular acrylic plug has a slightly curved, shiny front, a flat black back, and slightly curved sides. The black sides of the green eye plug are also slightly concave. The design features a green eye with eyelashes on a gray or blue background. Above the eyelashes is a small blue teardrop, and below them is an elongated star made of lines. This is surrounded by a yellow triangular frame. Brown swirls extend beyond the yellow frame, being the largest and most prominent below the eye.
