This red sawo wood expander is hand-carved, and the reddish-brown wood has its natural grain. The piercing is shaped like a swan, with a long, curved neck and a highly detailed wing. The swan's head and neck form the hook that is inserted through the earlobe. The swan's body displays a large, unfolded wing.
