This checkerboard pattern wooden plug is made of dark-grained sonowood and features an inlay on the front of small black resin squares and iridescent paua abalone shell squares. These are arranged to create a checkerboard pattern. The round inlay is framed by a thin wooden border. The top and bottom of the plug curve very slightly outwards, while the sides curve inwards.
