This gold, silver, or black piercing hook is shaped like a skull, more precisely a bird skull with a long beak. It's made of stainless steel, and a PVD coating allows for the silver, gold, and black variations. The bird head measures approximately 47mm. The back part, which measures about 12mm at its widest point, is threaded through the earlobe. The part that sits inside the earlobe is narrower. Since you need to stretch the earlobe to 12mm, this stretcher is only suitable for ears that have already reached a stretch of at least 12mm. Weighing only 13g, it's quite light.
