This wooden expander is hand-carved from naturally brown-grained olive wood in a light brown color. Its shape is egg-shaped, concave on the inside and convex on the outside, as it has a continuous rim on both sides just beyond the edge. The lobe piercing features an egg-shaped hole in the center at the top, open via a slit on one side. The wooden expander is threaded through the stretched earlobe via this slit and then hooked onto the hook formed by the top. The wooden expander is handmade from real wood, so variations in color and grain are possible, as are slight variations in size and shape. Each drop piercing is a unique, handcrafted piece, and nature is not identical! We sell the piercing hooks in 12mm individually. Please do not wear organic wooden stretching rods, spirals, and tapers while showering, bathing, or in the sauna; protect them from water. Grained ear weights made of olive wood are popular with both women and men, because wood allows the skin to breathe.
