This carved wooden expander is handcrafted from naturally grained, dark brown wood. Its shape is a long spiral with a tightly coiled end. The lobe piercing is a stretching spiral that is threaded through the top of the earlobe and then hooked in place like an earring. The wooden expander is handcrafted from real wood, so variations in color and grain may occur. Size and shape may also vary slightly, as each piercing is a unique, handcrafted piece, and nature is not identical! We sell the piercing hooks individually. Please do not wear organic wooden stretching rods, spirals, and tapers while showering, bathing, or in the sauna; protect them from water.
