The pattern begins on both the right and left sides of the segment that clicks open. The segment ring is thickest at the bottom. These lobe ear stretchers are only suitable for earlobes stretched to 5mm. When worn, the flower ring jewelry will be visible at and below the earlobe, while the earlobe itself will also be visible at the top.
