The exotic tribal septum piercing is a shiny fake nose ring made of nickel-free, antique gold-colored brass. It can be secured through the opening in the center of the round fake septum ring and its rounded ends. The design features a fake ring with dots on the underside, culminating in two points, each consisting of three dots: one on the inside and one on the outside. Additionally, the inside of the fake septum ring is divided into a crescent shape by an arc. On the top of this crescent, two more points, pointing downwards, are located on either side.
