Our fake expander allows you to wear a realistic-looking expander with a standard ear piercing! This way, you can wear fashionable expanders painlessly, and they look deceptively real! The piercing has a 3 mm wide ribbed edge and the letters Z and T in black on the surface. The back can be unscrewed for easier insertion. The expander is made of sturdy, high-quality stainless steel and is therefore quite robust.
