The inner conch piercing sits in a hollow in the middle of the auricle, while the outer conch piercing sits above it. A conch piercing can also be stretched or punched out to be larger, so that small
flesh tunnels and plugs can be used. In general, this piercing is unisex and can be worn by men and women. Various types of jewelry can be used as inserts, but if you actually want to wear plugs or tunnels, you should think carefully about the dermal punch method, because this is where we are dealing with the cartilage tissue. Stretching is very painful there, so punching is the better choice. Furthermore, the piercing heals faster with this method, namely after two to four weeks. |--|
Other possible jewelry types

Labret piercings, for example, are a good option, but barbells or clamp ball rings with a particularly large diameter can also be used. With a ball closure ring, you can achieve a similar look to an unpierced ear cuff. We also offer
ear cuffs in our shop, but these are wider. Labret piercings made of metal are of course also possible in the ear, but you can of course also go for the Bioflex version. Barbells and ball closure rings are usually made of stainless steel and are available in silver, gold, blue or rainbow colors. We also have versions made of colorful acrylic, so pretty much any color is possible. We recommend tunnels and plugs made of wood, horn or bone because they allow your skin to breathe when worn, are light and also take on body temperature.
