This gold-colored, partially black-oxidized piercing hook is shaped like a monkey whose tail curls upwards to form the hook, and which is scratching its head. The monkey is intricately crafted from brass, with some parts intentionally darkened to create contrast. The tail, which forms the hook, goes through the ear and is 4mm thick (6ga), so your ears should be stretched to at least 4mm. Since the earring weighs approximately 32.5g, it will stay in place even if your earlobe is stretched slightly larger than 4mm. We sell the monkey ear stretching spirals individually, so if you want a pair, please order two. The monkey motif is popular with both men and women. Brass may darken over time. The monkey piercing can be worn individually or as a pair of earrings, but please note: there is a version for the left ear and another for the right ear.
