The spiral nostril piercing is a shiny silver nose ring approximately 10 mm in diameter. A small opening in the round ring allows it to be inserted through the piercing hole; the bar thickness is approximately 0.8 mm. We offer these piercings in three variations: a round spiral, some with a dark oxidized finish; a spirally curved band that widens towards the center; and two horizontal spiral arcs, each framed by two balls.
