This black piercing goes by several names: captive bead or ball closure ring, both referring to a captive bead ring. Once the ball is inserted, the piercing functions like a closed ring. The ball can be pushed out and then snaps back into place between the two ends of the bead. Depending on whether you have a standard piercing or a stretched one, we offer the black captive bead ring in various diameters. The outer diameter of the ring itself naturally varies depending on the diameter of the barbell.
