This expander is hand-carved from narra wood, and the dark brown wood has a naturally subtle grain. It's shaped like a spiral, and we offer these patterned spirals in various sizes, such as 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm. The spiral's pattern consists of three engraved zigzag bands: one on each side and a narrower one in between on the back of the wooden spiral. These zigzag spiral earrings are only suitable for stretched earlobes. The narrow end is inserted through the earlobe, and then the spiral is pushed through to the middle. The wooden expander is handcrafted from genuine narra wood, so slight variations in color, grain, or diameter may occur, as each wooden expander is a unique, handcrafted piece! We sell the expanders individually. If you need a pair, please order two. Organic spirals and tapers should be removed before showering, bathing, and using a sauna. Jojoba oil is very suitable for the care of the wood.
