The organic nostril piercing is a shiny nose ring with a curved, small tube made of gold-plated 925 sterling silver. A small opening in the nostril ring allows it to be easily inserted through the piercing hole. To do this, pull the ring out of the short, curved tube on one side and then loosely push it back into the tube to close it.
