The ruby ​​brass bangle is open at the front, roughly elliptical in shape, and adjustable to fit different wrist sizes. It is approximately 2 mm thick and has an antique gold sheen. Both ends are oval and perpendicular to the bangle, each holding an oval, faceted ruby ​​set in brass. A wide border with a partially dark, oxidized rope pattern surrounds the pinkish-red stone. Short sections of brass are spirally wrapped just beyond the ends and again in the center of the bangle.
