This jade brass bangle is open at the front, roughly oval in shape, and adjustable to fit different wrist sizes. It is approximately 6 mm wide and has an antique gold sheen. The two ends, which hold the jade stones, become rounder and larger towards the opening. Each end features a round green jade stone, set within a high brass rim. Each green stone is surrounded by a braided pattern, next to which is a figure eight in brass, both partially oxidized. The figure eight pattern may also be slightly modified into a similar tribal design. The photos show examples. The bangle's thickness and the jade stones are always identical. The pattern is also always similar and the same size. Thus, each bangle is unique.
